We are very pleased to announce that our first Calais repeating station is now up and running. Located on Nick and Leslie Ward’s barn, high on Robinson Hill, this station has an excellent exposure to the east. In fact, locations as far as Plainfield, Marshfield, and beyond, receive strong signal from the station’s access point radios. Though residents in neighboring towns will definitely be afforded service from this location, the most important role for this station will be bringing much-needed service to Calais.

We are now scheduling installations around Calais, in sight of this station. We are gratified that numerous locations are successfully receiving signal through the trees, too.The next big leap will come as we build other stations in Calais, fed by this new “foothold.” Four other sites are identified and will be built soon.
