Are you out of town part of the year? Do you want Cloudburst broadband but don’t want to pay the full rate year-round? Do you wish to continue to use your Cloud Alliance-provided e-mail accounts? If you are a seasonal resident, a snowbird, or just an extensive traveler, our solution is just a phone call away.

When it’s time for you to go, simply unplug the equipment and tell us, at (877) 949-7767, that you want to place your subscription on hold. We’ll suspend service and institute the E-mail and Equipment Retention Plan. This plan only costs $9.95 per month. We’ll leave our equipment in place, awaiting your return. When you come back, plug in the equipment and call us to pay the $49.95 Reactivation Fee.

There’s no need for re-installation, no need to pay new equipment fees*, and not even a need for a technician to visit—it’s all handled on the phone. Best of all, you save money!

Now you can have Cloudburst service, whenever you’re in Vermont, knowing that, when you are away, the cost remains fair, reasonable, and affordable.
